David and I had a great Valentine's day. We went up to Salt Lake City for a nice dinner, "Valentines Day" movie, and then stayed the night at the Radisson in downtown. It was the perfect day and made me feel so much better. I think it was the first time I had been outside the apartment in 2 weeks. I hope everyone had a beautiful day with their honey!
We just want to say THANK YOU also for all the kind words and advice, meals, flowers, emails, visits, and strawberry chocolate bouquet that made us feel so loved. We truly appreciate all the niceness that everyone showed towards us during this time. We've been super sad but are finally feeling a little better. I had surgery last Wednesday and everything went great. My mom was able to come down and be with me and help me, which was so helpful and nice. I am so thankful to have such a loving mom who will drop anything to be with us. I'm not sore anymore and am feeling a lot happier. We love you all. Thank you again for all that you did for us. We won't forget it!

Happy Valentine's Day to you too. :) I'm so, so glad you guys were able to get away and enjoy yourselves! Sounds delightful, and you definitely deserve it. I'm really glad you're feeling a little better and that your body has healed so quickly. And I'm so glad your mom was able to be here for you. I was going to text you today and see if she was still around or if you guys needed a meal or something--let me know, ok? I'd be more than happy to bring something over. (I need motivation to get something on OUR table anyway, so really, you'd be doing me a favor!) Anyway, I sure miss and love you. Hopefully I can see you sometime soon, if you're up for it.

goodness! i didn't even know you weren't well. sorry to hear you had to go under the knife, but glad you're feeling much better. i wish you a speedy recovery and a happy belated love day!
Glad to hear the surgery went well. I was surprised at how quickly I recovered from it as well.
